Hi. I’m ‘lil Krully, Comté d’Fìcly (Count of Ficly), and I’m one big bag of unquenchable excitement, wrapped in a tiny little doppelgänger shell. That’s right, a doppelgänger. Not the evil kind, of course. I’m the manifestation of Krulltar’s psychē that he hides away in that deep dark closet of his inner id. I only get to come out and play when he’s had enough Guinness to drown a mule, which is almost every night.

I’m Band Baby, and I am one of the original Ficleteers =D Or a Ficlets Survivor or what ever you would like to call me =) I’m also part of the LoA, where I am known as the Sweet Darlin’ of Awesomeness. Please comment and critique. I’m here to grow as a writer, and that is what I intend to do.
I also have met a great many friends through Ficlets and I hope Ficly can live up to and surpass all of Ficlet’s former glory. =)

I live in the Kansas City area with my wife and white schnauzer. We have a small duplex with green carpet and an average size yard that my dog loves to run around in. I love my job and do well at it, enjoy smoking a pipe and the tasting of new brews with my friends. I am pretty gifted in any art form, though my passion truly lies within the Martial Arts. Over the last 15 years I have studied multiple martial arts and have excelled at all of them. My dream job would probably consist of me choreographing Action/Fight scenes for movies. This has been a snippet of me and who I am.

I was once creative growing up: writing short stories, drawing in a sketch book, and I was hell with a coloring book. Then, I found computers and became an engineer – all of the left brain stuff.
Now, it is time to balance by brain back out and try to reconnect with my right brain…

I’m a fairly simple guy. I love poerty. I love reading it, writing it and even performing it (when the mood hits me). I’ve also dabled in the the occasional short story from time to time but as of lately I’ve lost touch with my art (due mostly to work). Recently, a good friend of mine told me about ficly and said I should try getting back into my writing with the little bit of free time I have. I plan to post original poetry, some short stories and maybe some art (but don’t quote me on the art part, haha). I welcome any and all feed back, so long as it’s honest.

I’m a painter, not a writer, but oftentimes the pictures can’t get out until the words are out of the way. I have terrible grammar. I wish I could sigh dramatically and whisper, “Alas …” on a daily basis, or something equally ridiculous. I miss being a kid. Sarcasm often goes straight over my head, but I respond well to facetiousness. I so rarely put my clothes away that I swear the piles procreate (the pile of dirty clothes is the most promiscuous, no surprises there). I’m all over The Apocalypse, Zombification and Choose Your Own Adventures. Although, I doubt I’ll ever write about any of them. See the bad grammar? Well, I thought Granny Grammer was a big snore. I keep writing this biography because my character count hasn’t run out yet … I don’t think Peace on Earth is possible, but Good Will to Men is more than acheiveable if everyone would laugh more, pass around non-creepy hugs and get laid at least once a year (far more often if you are a world leader in charge of WMDs). My big secret …
