I enjoy writing very much and am happy to see that theyve brought back a form of ficlets. I will try to read everyone’s stories and would love for everyone to read mine. I dislike Twilight, but I love Harry Potter. I also enjoy singing and acting in whatever I can and writing for a section of my local newspaper.

Hey Everyone, I’m Violet. I just really got into writing again after my English course this year so I am currently back on ficly a lot! Exciting!
So my one friend and I have a pretty sweet series going right now and its all posted on here. It’s all under my name just because it is easier, but my friend T.J. Ice is writing the part or Jared, I’m writing Cate, and we both write Lucas. You are probably thinking who are these people? Well read and find out!

I am a Manga artist, although i do not have things up on deviant art cause i dont have a scanner…. wife of a cowboy who is currently living a dream. 17 year old attempting to juggle my beloved writing and A-Levels. Please be gentle =) Thought it might be time to write a proper profile piece. I’m…er…Abby. And…well…that’s me there. Somewhere to the…erm…left I think. Yup. I kind of comment on everything. I’m like a commenting freak. And … erm…this is a hell of a lot harder than I anticipated.
I’m also a geek. I’m a Trekky, Lord of the Rings addict, Star Wars fan…well I’ll sum it up by saying I love all things ComicCon. I’m an artist too. Ooh and I love history. And science. I can’t stop playing Assassin’s Creed…and Runescape. So bite me, blondies!!!
I have alcoholic tendencies =P … judgement will be met with drunken vomitting so good luck with that!
If I was religious, I think God would have kicked me out by now. Yet I still class myself as Christian, how odd.

J. A. Keane has spent the majority of his 18 years trying to act like a somewhat normal member of modern society, but seeing as nobody else seems to be acting normal these days (which basically makes the entire concept of “normality” redundant and nothing but a bad joke (my inner Comedian-from-Alan-Moore’s-“Watchmen” talking there)), he has decided to give up on that, and continue along his path of random offbeat-ness.
When he’s not doing that, he also likes to write long-winded rants on Tumblr, miniature rants on Twitter, medium sized rants on Facebook, and adamantly refuses to use LOLspeak (as he finds it annoying, and believes that it’s a slightly differentiated (but not THAT much, really, if you think about it) form of Newspeak).
And when he’s not doing any of that, he likes to write exaggerated biographies that are intended to make him sound more interesting than he actually is.
And after all that, he also really likes to end his website biographies on a joke.

Hello my name is TJ. I have been writing short stories for a long time, and have come up with some good ideas. I joined Ficly to share those ideas with fellow writers like you who is reading this.

What defines a writer? Is it someone who can put a few words together to make a sentence, or is it someone who writes with professional English skills?
I don’t know, I am only 13 and therefore don’t know much about writing techniques but I do know that every word I do write that is to do with stories, poems or plays – from Shakespeare essays to descriptive writing- I love. :)
