Write about what makes you cry.

If it’s a certain movie or just a genre of movies or if you have a list of movies that make you cry, than that’s your entry. Describe the movie and what it’s about, why you cry; genre-wise, what the genre is and why it makes you cry. If it’s a list, please give a brief summary of each movie, why you cry. {Great I sound like my ELA teacher!}
Songs? If there’s sad songs out there that you can relate to or it makes you think about something or you may even just like them, post those. Post the title, the artist, and a few of the lyrics.
It could be a combination of the two. Write about a movie, and then write about a song that makes you think about that movie.
Or if it’s something else entirely.
I.E: A pet dying, etc.
