Cate-part 2

I looked back at Jared, trying to get him not to do it. My glare didn’t work. He threw the pencil at the back of Lucas’s head. I sighed I really have to work on this glaring thing I thought to myself. Lucas turned around, glaring at Jared. How does he do that Then he tried to throw the pencil back. It missed Jared by about 4 feet and hit the window. I looked over at Jared. He was cracking up silently. I couldn’t help it, I joined in. It was such a terrible throw. Lucas just scowled at us then turned around.
“Cate! Jared! Enough I’ll see you in lunch detention Jared!” Mr. Philips yelled at us. I stopped laughing.“Remember your textbooks tomorrow!” Mr. Philips yelled as everyone left the room. Jared started to walk out the door with me.
“Aren’t you staying for detention?” I asked. He chuckled.
“Nah I’m skipping. I rolled my eye and walked away to meet up with Bri. We made our way to the cafeteria and sat at our usual table. Sarah and Nick showed up and joined us at the table.
