His parents were elves, and they were the greatest warlock-sorcerer-warriors the world had ever seen!… and they were also dragons. I mean, they had dragon blood. On the mother’s side of the family.

Anyway, the boy was playing one day when he saw the most amazing thing in the world! It was so amazing that it began his great quest that would take him many years to complete and lead him on many incredible adventures! It was…!

Okay, I’m out of ideas now, let’s go play LEGO. I’ll finish the rest of this book and the other five volumes afterwards.

    Also, in the interests of honesty, I should mention that this not an actual story I started when I was young, none of those exist anymore. However, this pretty much sums up my entire childhood writing career.

    Just duplicate it a few times, change the names and setting a little and voila!

    It seems like a lot of stories get dumped for playtime when we’re young. And middle aged, and old… Nothing beats playtime. :)

    This was cute! I loved the part about the dragon’s blood being on the mother’s side of the family.
