No butts about it

“Look, I’m telling you, they were yellow.” Again, I gritted my teeth and shook my head, probably looking like a chimpanzee who’s been denied the banana reward for getting the puzzle wrong. “Dude, pink. They. Were. Pink.” I was starting to lose it. My cheek still hurt from where the last girl who had seen me staring at girls’ rear ends as they walked past the deck of the café. Of course she didn’t give me the time to explain why. Clearly I was just a jerk, a creep…THAT guy. Well, who cared, this was more important.

“Oh my god!” My head snapped up from where it had fallen into my hands; wait when did that happen, I was so damned tired. “What?” I asked and look at Tim, the look on his face as he flails his arm around would be funny if not for the last 24 hours. “It’s her, it’s her!” My neck hurt as I snapped my head around again and there she was, little short shorts as she disappeared around the corner. “Pink! I told you they were pink.” I yelled as I threw myself after her at a dead run.
