Ark Found

His men screamed more so in sexual frustration. They hadn’t seen a woman in years, and that was a passing she-prison barge with women hanging over the edge, spilling stomach chowder into the murk.

The hulking mass had a huge drawbridge like door in its side. As they drew closer, the racket grew louder. Sounds of beasts filled the wooden deck.

Ciebert had attended the opening of the London Zoo. He went daily for a number of weeks and finally grew tired of it when he heard how many animals actually died to gain just these few and that a few were the last known to exist. He recognized some of the chatter. An elephant. A wolf’s howl? A peacock? Maybe.

“Captain, what are you planning? That creature that attacked the woman is lurking.”

“It’s a hyena, I’ve seen one before. Maybe its stomach is full. I think we’ve found a shipwrecked zoo men. Meat!”

From the dry quiet sky, a white bird, with a green branch in its beak, landed on the captain’s rail; this being more of a surprise than anything else at present.
