Dear Doctor Eli Nazeem,
I have acquired your two subjects. One is male and one is female in accordance with your request. They are both eight years of age, as I believe this will be suitable for Director Vanlandingham’s requirements. The conditioning will not be difficult, and I trust that the Director has training prepared for them soon. I do not suggest that you begin work on them right away; I will let you know when they are mentally stable. Tomorrow I will begin identity conditioning, though I do not expect the children to comply right away. I must say, I am rather excited for this endeavor. This will be a new step for military, biomedical, and psychological sciences. I hope for the best results, and that our work may remain private.

Godspeed,
Doctor Jude Dixon
