As stated in my other post, I have someone in my life (who I’m going to call “N”) who makes me feel like I’m perfect. Beautiful. The only person in the world to him. He makes me feel like I have nothing to lose, but everything to gain. I am safe with him. I know he’ll protect me. He was my best friend first, which has made our relationship that much more worthwhile. I have one insecurity in the entire relationship…we’ll call her “K” since I’m using initials in place of actual names on here. Since N and I were best friends before we started dating, he and I had many heart to hearts about people in our lives. K was a major part of his for a while. He was in love with her for years, even though the feelings were reciprocated. In one conversation months ago, he told me that he would always have some sort of feelings for her no matter who he ended up with…little did I know that I would be the one he’d end up with.
