“Maybe we should get you to a doctor. You need help,” I said with great concern.

I couldn’t handle her anymore and didn’t know where to turn. Her face turned into anger and she leaned foreword to put her bangs in her eyes.

“I don need elp! You don cear bout me anyway! Soon it wel all be over!” She says and slams her locker shut.

She swayed back and forth as she walks away.

“Angela!” I called after her but no answer.

I decided to then try again tomorrow because I felt defeated. I didn’t pay attention to her warning signs. I could have been a hero. That night Angela committed suicide by over dosage on pills. I could have been a hero you know. I could have been her hero. I regret this everyday and I may forever.
