As long as I can remember, I’ve always written a poem on the 11/11 … and this year, as it’s the 11/11/11 I think we should all give it a go.

Write about the war. It can be a poem, a story, a description, a reflection – anything you like really.

I don’t demand respect for our ‘glorious’ heros. Cynicism is welcomed but be careful how far you take it. My own piece this year did take a rather controversial turn.
