We read Frankenstein last summer for my AP literature class and I loved it.

If you don’t already know, Mary Shelley wrote Frankenstein in a challenge with her friends and husband, who was also a writer. Though she didn’t know it at the time, Frankenstein would become a classic piece of fiction and inspiration for horror adaptations.

So, I challenge you, just as Mary Shelley had been challenged, to write an original work of horror—ficly -style!
