haiku

I can’t remember when last we had a haiku challenge. So here is a new one.
Please write a haiku. The english version of the haiku usually consists of three lines of 5-7-5 syllables. A rarer form has 3-5-3. It usually contains a seasonal reference or some imagary that lets the reader infer the season. It is usually written so that it can be said in one breath. You may also choose to write a single line but in this case please add a break so that the contrasts are clearer. Should you write a proper japanese haiku please provide an english translation. What would be really novel are haikus in languages other than japanese or english. Translations don’t need to be haikus themselves.

Off you go and let
the creative juices flow.
is this a haiku?
