Okay, my last attempt at creating a challenge was a dud, but you never get better if you don’t keep trying.

Tell us a story which at least sounds true (not a well known urban legend or anything) based an office where you work/worked. The goal is to make the reader laugh, either at the idiocy of office politics, office romances, pranks, your boss, your self, your co-worker, whatever.

Factors in judging will be how funny it is and how well you can tell the story in just 1024 characters.

I hope this challenge will be entertaining, and will make us all laugh a little.
