We live in a world full of starch, confined people, constrained by the walls of social decorum, afraid to let anything show on their face lest it portrays weakness to their fellow human beings.

But sometimes, just sometimes, the raw, gritty human being within them bursts forth, and they explode with such force that it stuns people to shock.

The challenge is to write this raw emotion. It can be anything, from gnawing jealousy to devout divinity.

I came up with this challenge as I sat across from a long time crush and just felt this completely mind-numbingly whole desire to pounce her! Reminded me about how much we are animals, and how at the heart, beneath all the layers of politeness and lies, the raw creature within us lurks always.
