A very insightful look into the mind of a headmaster, proving that although sometimes discipline is necessary, kind words work just as well. Excellent! The only thing I could see improving is the title – maybe something along the lines of “Headmaster: Kind or Cruel?” or something that catches your attention. But great as it is!!
