Would a Boltzmann Brain be the sort of theoretical entity that could exist eternally, so long as it keeps to a strict pattern of repetition of what it went through in the past?

Forgive me for the truly poor explanation of what I mean, I read about such entities in, I believe, Stephen Baxter’s works. They practically embody the idea of Hell or Purgatory, or an extremely limited Heaven.
