Courage kicks in!

I began to rise again, but Fear’s cold hand landed on my shoulder. I stood still waiting for my courage to kick in.

Fear was suddenly kicked across the room.

“Thank God You finally decided to call me James!” Courage said “Don’t see why you hang out with fear so much.”

I shrugged. I couldn’t exactly begin a conversation with him while we were in public. I slowly walked over to where the girl was sitting and sat down. Her eye brow raised accordingly.

“Thank God confidence decided to stop by.”

“Why are you giving me that look?” I asked

“Why are you sitting right there?” She said

“Is there a problem with me sitting here?”

I could tell by her tone (and her words) That she was trying to ditch me. But I was persistent.

“I’m sorry, I should have asked if I wanted to sit with you.” I said as I began to get up

“No wait! I’m sorry, I’m just kind of in a bad mood today.” she said

Seeing oppurtunity, I sat back down.

Confidence gave me a wink. I couldn’t help but smile.
