I’m not sure if your twist is more or less brutal than mine. Either way I salute you for taking it up and going somewhere with it. Personally, I kind of like the twisted redemption tale sort of thing you pulled off. I’d merely meant in mine to play with perception, hint at how the devil can trick and deceive by assuming a variety of forms, even that of a once redemptive figure. Very cool ending here.
