Without context, I would have assumed Parthenophobia had something to do with fear of the Gods.

I had no idea until now that there was actually a “fear of young girls, especially virgins” lol.

I enjoyed this little story, although it does seem a bit bizarre. Behaviour comes from genes, so surely humanity could not have selected for fear of young women, as they are somewhat required for procreation :-)
