I think the dyeing the hair is secretly you, but you get the one that once you wash it it goes away.

Other than that, enjoyable and funny.

Depressing, but that seems to be the intent. It’s a nice portrait of suburban angst and tweener/teen drama. I really liked the line about feeling empty and the overall pointlessness feeling to her life.
The one slip up that threw me was the present tense ‘I say’, as I doubled back to see if the story could have switched to present tense at that point, as it almost could have.

ah…as a teenage girl I sympathise with your character. Which is good coz u’ve made her real. This was good.

I think there is truth in it. And I think every woman/ girl has that angsty- emo opposite she would like to let loose.

@star.. when i let it loose, i end up crying and acting really immature, driving my husband insane.

I hate that just because she is is goth she has to be mean to her mom and shoplift. i think it would have been less ckiche had she been nice to her mom and maybe fed old people on meals on wheels or something.
Then again that wouldnt be your oppossitte.

maybe i need to work on me to know my opposite better to make her more real and less cliche.
