Nice. A very well written piece of sarcasm though the last line could maybe use semi-colons instead of commas.

Grammatically, you’re right; these are comma splices. I worry about overusing semicolons though as I’m aware they can look ‘fussy’… in the circumstances I think commas pace that line better.

Some people don’t understand the reasons behind anothers alterations on personal norms. I too once had purple hair, in my youth. And every idiot thought it had something to do with them. Be yourself, someday he’ll regret not being him.
