Great concept – but if you want to write more like shakespeare and get your poem to flow more, you should write in iambic pentameter.
I hear you – but that was my best shot at this challenge. I am not well educated enough to understand iambic pentameter. :)
This is very nicely done. I don’t miss the iambic pentameter because your character is well-crafted. Isn’t that what Shakespeare was all about?
it matches the style, the juxtaposition of the oxymorons, of describing a scene. I loved it! I’m not a technical shakesperean guru, so I’ll skip the iambic pentameter threads of commenting and slap on my 5 pencils.
