I need a better ending..

okay I fixed the ending so I could sequel the other thing I was thinking of..

I like this piece overall, especially the ending. I have a couple nits to pick, though.

1) The food was not “probably” cold. It was cold. You’re the omniscient voice, so you need to be assertive in the description.

2) Any reason you did the soap opera wrap-yourself-in-a-bed-sheet cliché? I’ve never known a woman to actually do this except on TV. I mention this only because it’s somewhat of a pet peeve, and it was a bit distracting to actually read it. If this is something you actually do, more power to you, and I retract my comment!
