So I wasn’t able to write in first person, and for that I apologize. But I really liked this idea and I didn’t know how to write from an object’s POV

well it is in first person, but the POV isn’t the predator’s, it’s the one preyed upon’s POV.

yeah, so it was from the prey’s POV, when you get inspired, you get inspired, and the more challenge entries there are, the harder it is to be original. I sympathize.
This was almost gritty, if there was more hate.. but not sure you have that in you. :)

That was depressing, but kudos for the facial wound detail, those little sores that drug addicts get (partially from neglect and harsh living, but also due to ‘formication’).
