Trust (I)
Ethan and I didn’t talk much during school after that. We weren’t avoiding each other, we just knew we needed our own space. After Ethan admitted to caring for me, my look on him starts changing. I don’t know why, but I feel a little closer to him.
On my way to lunch, I hear a voice calling me from behind.
“Miss Cole, about your test,” Brother Matthew says. Damn, forgot about him. My stomach turns with regret.
“Yes, Brother?” I ask normally.
“Wonderful job on the test,” he winks at me and smiles. I grin back out of awkwardness.
“Thank you,” is all I can get out. He smiles again and walks back into his classroom. I feel like throwing up. I can’t believe I gave him a blow job. That is really low. The memories flood back of the previous night and I try to block them out.
I realize that I can’t go any lower. That I broke all my morals, so the only thing left to do is make new ones. Shit happens and I better get used to it.
The first thing I’m going to do is talk to Ethan.
