I enjoyed this, the style of your storytelling is almost dreamlike, and it suits this really very well indeed.
The character of the bird is nice as well – a clever contrast to the slow, shy Prince. And you haven’t given away what’s going to happen in the next installment, which is a big plus – don’t do that again, eh?
