Deep emotionally… but shallow story-wise.

Why am I forgotten by these eyes? Who has these amazing eyes? What kind of magic makes them change colors?

I would ask myself those questions when writing. This… description is well done, but it’s not gripping.

I thought the challenge called for a description, not a story?
