An Epic Problem
She curls up in a dark corner.
Only the moonlight to light the room.
She silently tries to hold back the tears.
For she knows that if they start, they wont stop.
Though slowly tears fall from her face.
She starts to cry from the misery she faces each and everyday.
She wont stand up for herself.
For she’s afraid that if she stands,
She’ll fall down.
And the only way out of this.
Is to go through everything she’s running from.
And when she’s all alone.
It feels like it’s all coming down.
Silently, she pulls out the gun.
It trembles as she puts it against her head.
She whispers to her parents,
That she’s sorry.
She pulls the trigger.
The parents awake to the bang.
They rush to their daughter’s room.
Only to find her dead on the floor.
Blood pooling around her head.
They were to late,
To stop what could have never happened.
To stop what,
Should have never happened.
