so the children will descend on the mortals, but already humanity has been decimated? I like that the tortured one has drawn the sky from memory, and the details about staying hidden, but was just lost on the timeline of events.
Bizarre and a nice example of one of those stories that sits on teh border between fantasy and madness, leaving us unsure of the protagonist’s true status and state. Nicely done.
Again, the kerrrazy is primo stuff. I’m starting to get the impression of somebody who’s been badly damaged by the mythos, who can only cope by retreating to a quiet, safe little cave.
I’d prefer a little more plot – but then, I’m always looking for the next twist. This is, however, quite inspirational… HMM.
Oh, and sequels are most definitely included in the challenge, though I’ll be judging on individual Fics. Try to keep your entries within the Challenge, referring to the prequel or sequel in the comments for your story.
