A cute story with some heart to it. I might have liked to see less summary of the party and more on the guy’s internal thought process. The beginning also had a bit of redundancy as we hear about the scream and then that the guy is responding to screams. You could have easily gone with one or the other. Again, still a sweet little story of the beginning of a relationship.

Thanks! Yeah this one was kind of odd to write about because it just happened to me and I thought it would be a great story. If I gave it more time, I probably would’ve added the things you mentioned.
