Sounds interesting, but I’m confused. I appreciate the sentiment about politicians wasting money on frivolous projects, but I thought there already was an organization that listens for aliens called SETI, and they don’t give up the search even though they haven’t found anything yet. (P.S. I think train should be drain.)

The point of Agency 51-X is not specifically to find alien life in space (although that is part of their remit), but rather to monitor alien traffic going to and from the Earth.

Basically it’s Men In Black, only without the aliens.
