Correct, he was born in Austria-Hungary, but his family moved to Germany when he was very young (I checked before writing this). As for when his hatred began, who knows what goes on in the mind of a monster and when those thoughts occur? Thanks for the compliments.

I really enjoyed this. It is a unique take on what could spark that kind of loathing in a man. Personally, I can’t imagine what could cause a person to hate so much; it’s just unfathomable.
