aww…honey don’t depress me…it’s less than a year christmas =D
I liked this poem but it sounded a little disjointed in some places…

Depressing yet too true. My favorite are the last three lines.

Ah, the bitterbitter end to the holidays that leaves us all wondering if Kwanzaa would have been a better idea this year.

This was a fun little poem. I tend to be a little cynical, so this didn’t depress me at all. I found it rather amusing. :-)

As poems go on this site, this is definitely one of the better structured ones, technically speaking. You’re pretty consistent in your meter, but, as Abby mentioned, there are a couple of places where it doesn’t quite flow, most notably at the end.

But that didn’t stop me from enjoying it!
