broken. beautifully done, capturing the self loathing, but the messed up meter near the end kind of made me stumble.

I was thinking that too actually and I just stared at this for a while, trying to think of a way to fix it. Sometimes when I just let it sit and then reread it later, I get a better idea of how to make it better.
