I think this is extremely realistic

Some more very realistic characterisation – a little heartbreaking in fact. A good take on the challenge written very well.

ah, so it was she who felt bad. it’s always different when it’s your own kid.. that’s what i’d tell her.

Man, this is sort of a change. In most stories it’s the man who doesn’t want children. So kudos for that.

Wow…memories of my wife telling me we were going to have a baby. I swear that terror, joy, and panic gripped me simultaneously.

In fact, I was so wrapped up in my own emotions, I don’t remember considering how she must’ve been feeling.

This is a very interesting glimpse into the woman’s psyche.
