I have no idea why this is currently only on three pencils! Rich with detail and with some quite affecting imagery in that last paragraph particularly, this is a very, VERY worthy 5-pencil story… Well done! MH :)

a carving knife eternal.. talk about a carbon footprint, though this one would be steel, we hardly think about the longevity of objects.
