Real Fish & Chip[s] are of course cooked in deep hot fat by a fully apprenticed operative in a Fish & Chip shop or Chippy, in England; so to encounter such a surreal world where they are cooked in the oven, and with only one chip to go with the fish, well it blew my mind!
