I still don’t get what the flower’s about, but then, neither does the Prince so I feel like we’re all in the same boat here, which is interesting. Knowing only as much as the character does can work really well.
This is a little short, but then maybe that’s emphasising the importance of this meeting – it deserves a fic all to itself? MH :)
