“Teri, I was thinking about this adoption thing and I think it has some merit to it.”
“Perhaps it would be better to adopt an older child. We are not getting any younger and we have thought about travelling so if we adopted an older child we would be able to take them with us ?”
Months passed. Adoption formalities were completed, they had been notified of their acceptance into the program.
With trepidation they set off to the orphanage .

The last item on the adoption list was d.n.a. test for the three of them to exclude genetic diseases.
The d.n.a. cmae back negative for all diseases but the doctor was intrigued as to why the father wanted to adopt his own child.
