Legend of Gabriél (5)
“¿Qué estás haciendo?” The Prince asked as he tugged his arm away from me.
“You’re a prince?” I asked. It was clearly a stupid question.
“Si, I am a Prince,” He said to me as if I had known before.
“Then why were you walking in the rain in the middle of una tormentosa noche?” I asked him. I didn’t know why I was so curious, but I was known to be stubborn, so I had to know. Unfortunate for me, someone arrived before he could answer. A man in black appeared from the shadows.
“Señor, are you okay?” The man asked. I was taken aback by his outfit, it showed no color. The Prince looked at me the back at the man,
“Estoy bien,” He assured him. He walked past me, and I was surprised that I was not punished, but I had more important things on my mind. I’d never seen that man before; I hadn’t seen anyone dressed in all black. I knew the royal family had guards, but they were always dressed in blue, to signify who they were. I might have been nosy, but this would lead me into my adventure.
