Woodland Fence
Somehow it wasn’t quite right, this sagging fence. I hacked and hacked away at these posts and yet they sink into the ground in quite tasteful symmetry. This metal wiring is stretched taunt and stable all across the acre of land, surely it must keep out a wide array of woodland creatures and of course, bears.
What will the wood nymphs do? I’ve already cut down the magnificent willow, layed it’s weeping boughs over the crick to erect their marvelous bridge. They will laugh at me, at this disgraceful fence. A mockery of their golden city.
And those bears! How will they ever find their porridge?
