No one had heard anything from Vince Grayson for the past two years.
Every film critic in the country attended the premier, mainly because they received a free invitation and were promised a free bar.
By the time Grayson entered the screen everyone was ready to kill him. They had been waiting for over an hour.
Apparently he insisted on talking to any and every journalist he saw, if they wanted an interview or not.
Then, after making everyone wait so long already, he then gave an incredibly dull and highly egotistical half hour long speech about how this was his greatest achievement and how proud he was.
He announced it was time to start the film and everyone applauded simply because he was going to shut up!
And then the film started.
Everyone sat there transfixed by his work on the screen
It was atrocious, quite possibly the worst thing ever committed to film.
He even made everyone watch ALL the credits.
He then stood up and took a bow, nobody knew what to say.
Everyone just sat there,
speechless.
