Wow!!! My heart fell out of place. This is incredibly deep and dark just like the painting. Wonderfully executed. Beautifully written. (And might I add, I like way the two gravediggers speak, they have a natural voices) maybe a sequel using them?
Wow, this was definitely dark. A very interesting interpretation of this painting, which I had not heard of before but absolutely love!
