Actually V-tac is ventricular tacycardia. A very rapid and uncoordinated beating of the heart ventricles. Left untreated it is usually followed by brain death in about four minutes.

The gurney is a mobile bed that patients are usually placed on to allow them to be moved from place to place without the need to lift them out of one bed, transport them and put them into another.

But other than those technicalities you did a good job on the story
