Mother Earth Meets Ali G
Mother Earth: [Coughs] I’ll get better, but it’s not me that I’m worried about. You know this stuff is contagious and I’m more worried about my children. Father Time tells me that my pollution is in remission, but my body temperature is increasing at an alarming rate. I’ll make it, but you kids may not be able to stand the heat. I cry myself to sleep sometimes.
Ali G: Wicked! Explains about language. Why is writing about the environments important?
Mother Earth: Well, language matters. It defines our problems and allows us to implement solutions. Words are the energy that surround us and bind all my children together. My children are spiritual beings, you know, and it is their thoughts and words that will save them from destruction. They need to turn their words into actions that make a difference. The connection between the writers and the readers is what matters the most. I trust you kids to do the right thing, and I love you all.
Ali G: Stop! You gots me crying, Mum! Hang on, hang on.
