“Yeah that’s true.” He was right. Lucas was a loser. He didn’t have any athletic ability at all. There’s no way he could hurt any of my friends He couldn’t hurt us if he tried.
“Just forget about him. It’s Friday night…you know what that means!” I smiled he always knew how to make me feel better.
“Super movie marathon Friday!” I said raising my fist in the air. Every Friday night we had a movie marathon, we watched a bunch of movies that went together. He laughed at my enthusiasm.
“Let’s go.” He said putting an arm around my shoulder and leading me to the door.
“What are we watching?” he asked as we left my room.
“I don’t know whatever Bri and Megan pick.” I said closing the door behind us.
