The Effortless Nuances of Seeing the World

“I don’t have an answer. That’s just the way it is. The way it’s always been. Perhaps one day when we understand it fully there will come a change, but until that day there is no other way.”

This answer didn’t seem to satisfy the curiosity. It never did. Unfortunately that was all the answer there was to give. No one who had ever gone searching for more had ever come back. Sometimes people wondered if it was perhaps because they had found the answer and that knowledge was better than the old ways. Most however just went on living in morbid ignorance and the assumption that death was all part of the path to the chosen lands. After all, the Anadhara were quite firm on such matters, and they were so much older and wiser. How could such wise ones be wrong?
