Love the detail about the cigar & ashtray. Tallman’s patience has reached it’s limit.

Great cliffhanger, suspenseful ending there. Loved the line about the ashtray disappearing after the gun ‘barks’. This is definitely your style of choice, your forte, if you will.. Real cool, bad-ass stuff.

The cigar-and-ashtray bit seems to be quite popular. I feel the same way.
