I would have to say that The Golem’s Eye was one of my favorites of the Bartimaeus Trilogy.

If I can think of anything, I’ll sequel. Don’t wait for me, though.

For the record, it’s a young adult series that I haven’t read in a while, but from what I can remember its writing holds up to most other novels I’ve read. Plenty of sarcasm in it, anyway.
